This is the best City Beach I have been to! Bao and Alec on Sunday afternoon were amazing! They even Bao stayed after closing time to put finish my new skate grip. He did things fast yet still giving me a quality job to take home. He was very friendly and knew what he was talking about with advice about skateboards. I live in Brisbane so sadly will not be coming to this store regularly, but if i lived closer, I would be getting everything I needed from this shop. I still cannot believe how nice the employees were. Very helpful and if I was carrying cash i would've 100% left a good tip. Thank you so much for you help guys! I will remember this service for years to come :) (these guys deserve a pay rise for sure!)

Must say this is the best Citybeach store Ive ever been to. Got served by a boy named Josh, impeccable service for a young man like him, very polite definately knew what he was talking about with his skate stuff.

Honestly, just your average City Beach. Came in and grabbed what I needed. Pricing on one item was lower than the ticketed price, could grab yourselves more sales if pricing is more accurate. Two staff members floundered around at the registers before realising customers were waiting...

Went in to buy some new trucks for my skateboard. Female sells me a pair of 2 that are both different sizes! If you want anything other than clothes you're better off shopping online. Less hastle
