Update: In regard to your response below - It's interesting that you can't verify my information as my name above is exactly as it was on my order. To clarify - the Invoice number was 30041. And in response, I was already contacted by Jenny in your 'customer service' area after the first order issues and quite frankly with the way she spoke to me on the phone - it is clear customer service is not something that is taken seriously.So disappointed with this company. Had high hopes due to their eco philosophy but unfortunately customer service and attention to detail is lacking. My first order of posters were packed with some kind of toner particles covering the back of every print and then rolled with rubber bands - consequently they all arrived with damaged bent ends from the rubber bands. After I emailed, I got a less than friendly attitude and a week later they sent replacement posters that again arrived with the filthy toner particles covering every single poster, and were poorly packed. I've had to bin $400 worth of product and order elsewhere. Very costly mistake to make - I hope you can learn from my experience.
