Didn’t learn a thing, sat around doing nothing for too long, and the team weren’t clear on pricing, and the process of taking your own brew home. Left disappointed and spending more than I wanted to.

Based on Google, the time for the Brew close is 4 pm. I get there at 3:40 pm and the staff said that we were later and can not fill up our bottles and said for come back tomorrow. Just waste my time, I drive about 10 km to get and also have the worst customer service ever. About the beer, I don’t know because it was my first time there and I couldn’t try it.I hope they set up the time correctly on google for not make people waste time anymore.

Great place. Best staff. Try beer, brew beer, bottle your beer, here! They have everything for your beer to be successful. Recipes, malts, hops, 50L brewing tanks, etc. No preservatives.

There's a tall guy behind the counter & friendly customer service is not on his list of priorities. No matter how polite or even if you offer him your best smile, it's like walking into the Seinfeld's soup kitchen episode each & every time. The 2 stars are for the Chili Beer. I had asked for 6 of them. He plonked the pack at the end of the FAR counter, not in front of us where we were standing.I was polite & asked that 2 of these beers were not Chili beers as they were in green bottles & he gruffly said, Yes they are." There are 2 green & 4 brown bottles. I asked

We were gifted the brew your own beer experience which we thoroughly enjoyed, very authentic to the brewery itself. We waited with great excitement to collect our beer however upon collecting our beer, we discovered that it was flat. An entire 50L keg that we had paid for was flat from no fault of our own, when we asked what we would do seeing as it was flat we were told by one of the young ladies just pour it over ice

Had a few beers here to check out the venue. Very old looking, if you are looking for a clean polished brewery this is not it. Its got a bit of charm though and the beers are still decent.Looks like you can brew your beers there as well so might be worth looking into if you are into home brewery.

Excellent micro brewery setup, come here every 4 to 6 weeks to brew with friends. Anthony and his team make brewing your own beer straightforward and reliable at very affordable prices. Pizza and soft drink also available whilst you brew or enjoy a beer. Do recommend!Updated from 4 stars to 5 stars - consistent service and experience over many years now. Mini kegs and flexible refill options also available, great way to brew and cater events.
