I had my car fixed with a different repairer, I wasn’t happy with the results after a couple of years, I contacted my insurance company and they sent me to Keilor Collision, the team was amazing and so professional they made my mind at ease and took away my anxiety due to a bad experience with another repair company. My FG Xr8 was fully repaired and the paint job impeccable.. Dom and the two Adam’s were friendly and very professional, they kept me up-to date at every stage. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else now, and I highly recommend this family business top quality and service they were amazing and so professional they made my mind at ease and took away my anxiety due to a bad experience with another repair company. The team at keilor collision were super helpful in fixing my car. Dom was very professional & kept me updated throughout the process. It was completed in a timely manner - When I picked up my Hyundai I was very happy with the work and extra bonus my car was clean inside and out for me. Great work team!

Keilor Collision Centre is the epitome of going above and beyond for customer's. My insurance company automatically selected the panel beaters and I was hesitant at first as the only ones I was familiar with was where friend's and family have gone. Nonetheless, the worker's here were very knowledgeable of the damages to my car and thoroughly walked me through every part that was going to be repaired. They answered all my tedious question's with patience and care.I was told my car would take 2 weeks to be completed but I expected it to be extended longer because 3 of their staff member's caught covid and to my surprise my car was completed earlier than expected in under 2 weeks! I couldn't pick up my car on the weekdays due to work but the friendly staff offered for me to pick it up after business hours which made it much more convenient.My car needed 3 panel replacements, respray of 2 doors and a left mirror replacement. When it was time to pick up my car, I was in disbelief with how seamless everything was repaired. The detailing on the car was immaculate I almost thought they replaced the whole car.I've attached images of the damages to my car as well as the after picture to this review.Overall I was very satisfied with my care here at Keilor Collision Centre, I cannot recommend this place enough. The repairs to my vehicle performed by Keilor Collision Centre were of outstanding quality and completed ahead of the estimated repair date. The vehicle was returned to me in pristine condition. The staff were professional and friendly and kept me informed of the repair process along the way. I would highly recommend Keilor Collision Centre.

GIO gave us a choice of repairer when my fiance's 2008 Honda CRV was struck on the front passenger corner by a large ute, I never allow my vehicle to be repaired by the first place the insurance suggests and after doing some quick research on panel shops in the area I knew we were onto a winner with Keilor Collision Centre as they partner with GIO and had great reviews. The shop was clean and all of the vehicles they were working on were kept undercover. Dominic did a great job on the vehicle and even fixed a scrape that was on the opposite side from before we even bought the car.It was a quick turnaround and good collaboration with GIO, overall no fuss experience unlike the troubles I have gone through with some other local panel shops before.Keilor Collision was able to get an Uber arranged when I dropped off the vehicle before going to work which was great also.Thanks for getting this sorted for us!

Bingle insurance choose this place to fix my car, when I picked up the car,- The key remote wasn’t workings.- The tailgate strut were leaking,- The rear fog light wasn’t plug in.- Car with dust inside.- 1 light of the boot missing.- The boot doesn’t close properly.
