My family has used Hodgsons probably almost as long as I have been alive and there is great reason for that! Dave who has taken over is exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled and is so friendly and flexible with the work he does. He always explains things in a way I can understand and ensures it’s going to be cost effective. He has extensive experience with various brands and bringing my car to him after its first manufacturer service meant I paid less than half the price and was so much more satisfied with the whole process. He can fix many problems that I thought would require me to go elsewhere. There’s never been surprise costs and I have found I can always book in when I need. Recommend to everyone!!

What a legend, needed my drive belts tightened up and could come by the next day to do it. Before I contacted Hodgson’s, I called other mechanics that asked litterally 4x more than this guy.Would recommend to go here! Friendly and honest guy :) thanks man!

I’ve used Hodgson’s auto repairs for over 4 years now and I wouldn’t go to any other place. Their prices are affordable and the service is great. They even dropped me off at my home and delivered it back when they were done. I’ve recommended them to 4 or 5 of my friends who have also found great service at a great price.I used to take my 2011 VW golf to the dealer, but the prices are insane! I liked the dealer because I was concerned about my warranty and the special type of long life oil which they used. After speaking to David at Hodgson, he gave me the same special options that I wanted.I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to save money, but not sacrifice on service.

Really good quality service, the mechanic took his time to explain the problem from the changed parts, and we did enjoy that. Problem on the car is fixed and they even cleaned the car before we picked up. I do recommend 100%
