I recently went to get new brake pads and a new tyre for my sons bike.I received great quality customer service with a smile.The cost of parts and labour was a great price.They even oiled up the chain and stopped the noises it was making.Definitely coming back :)

Excellent service. Took my fixie in needing help with fixing it up and looking for weird parts. RJ's seems to have parts on hand that other shops don't and they have great people. Got some great parts for my mtb too.

Bought a Torker Commuter kick scooter here. The first one front wheel snapped off. Replaced by supplier. Second one had bolts holding handle bars vibrate off failing in less than a year. No antivibration measures on bolts in place. Supplier and store refused a refund claiming it was a maintenance issue. Critical hardware keeping your handles on the scooter should not require maintenance.

For me sometimes going to a bike shop is like going to a dentist.Nervous of how much it would cost I decided to go to RJs.To my surprise the cost was more than fair but the service was even better it was exceptional.I took in 3 bikes and walked out in 5 - 10min.I'm definitely coming back.Well done to the 3 young staff last weekend.

I wish I had this shop in my town!The guys here really know their stuff, helped me with suspension components for my dream MTB and then enthusiastically proceeded to show me all the local spots for the best MTB trails. Legends!
