I would give zero stars and would not recommend this company, Kam came to see what the problem was with my oven on the 19/04/22 and charged me $99 dollars and said he will order the part, a couple of days later he sent me an SMS to advise the part will cost $270 dollars, I said that’s ok as long as my oven gets fixed. I didn’t hear from him so I messaged him on the 9/5/22 asking if he has received the part and he replied stating it’s company policy I would have to pay for the part even if it doesn’t fix my oven and I would have to accept further charges if more parts are needed, I replied saying you mean to say you haven’t ordered the part yet? Please let me know how much longer it would take, so my reply was on the 10/5/22 and I am still waiting. If you read this message Kam don’t bother my oven has been fixed by someone else

Initially good service but when we needed a follow up visit and despite many messages and texts we got no response - very poor and would not use again.

Kam was responsive, prompt and very generous with his advice and time. Would recommend to anyone!

Kam was excellent to deal with, he was polite and honest. Communication was also very good, upfront and always kept us in the loop with what was going on. Overall, extremely happy with his service and would definitely recommend Kam to anyone.

Kam came to check the dishwasher and left saying he will come and check. But, never picked the call or returned my messages again. We have to wait 4 days and need to find someone new. No responses for calls or messages. Waste of time...

Forever delayed review. Kam came to fix our broken dishwasher. Kam was warm and friendly in our home. He fixed our dishwasher with enthusiasm, and it was so affordable. Sorry this review took about 6 months to write, but hey 6 months later our dishwasher is working like brand new and we use it everyday. Thanks so much Kam.

Kam was amazing. He is extremely professional and honest. Fixed my washing machine in the time he said at a fraction of the cost of a new one. I am extremely happy with his service and would definitely use him again. Help the environment and small business: repair don't replace :)

Had a problem with a blocked dishwasher. Kam was really prompt, professional and pricing was great. He was genuine and I felt I could trust him. He fixed the problem straight away without hassles. Would definitely call him again if I needed anything fixed!
