I just dropped in to speak to Mike about a microbiome test and compounding supplements...But ending up geeking out on all kinds of cool stuff with him (like the benefits of intermittent fasting).And unbeknownst to me, they stock a whole range of non-toxic, all natural self-care items, like sunscreen, shampoo, make-up, toothpaste, supplements etc etc.They are super mindful of the impact of chemicals into and onto the body, which is reflected in their knowledge, service and products.As a Crows Nest local, I can't wait to learn more from Mike and the team to live a more natural, holistic life and thrive. :)xx

I can not thank Mike, Albert & team enough - I GOT MY LIFE BACK! With the right dose of bio-identical progesterone, it has alleviated 99% of my debiliating perimenopausal symptoms. I started with 10mg pill then gradually to 40mg. I also appreciate the 'slow-release' pills with no side effects. This would not have been possible with general pharmaceutical products like Prometrium only avail. in 100mg which was way too strong for me.Synergy is a cool, vibrant, friendly group of professionals who are always available to answer your calls and Qs. This has been a tremendous service for me as a beginner of HRT. They are very knowledgeable about their products and highly efficient with product orders and delivery. I couldn't believe my product arrived the very next day! On another ‘desperate’ occasion Mike prepared the pills on the same day I called for help. It was ready for pick-up by the time I arrived – amazing! Highly recommended 100%

I can’t recommend Synergy highly enough. Mike genuinely cares about all of his customers and their individual wellbeing. He gives a lot of his time in talking through the treatment and he went well above and beyond for me in helping with a specific requirement I had. In addition to his really personable service, Mike is also super efficient and turns around prescriptions very quickly. Another trait Mike has that's rarely seen in business is that he puts people before profit, which is really refreshing to see. I’m so glad my doctor told me about Synergy because I will go there exclusively now.

Very bad service,the lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude and unprofessional,I was charged for medication that we didn’t even received and a week later still no refund given
