Store has a wide variety of landscaping supplies to purchase. The office is nothing fancy and a little hot in summer. However the service is good, polite and friendly. They were able to organise a delivery within the hour of ordering which was very impressive.

Great service great products and great prices.I find the mulches to be of a higher grade than other suppliers in the ACT region and the recycled products don't have the garden waste like bits of hose, cloth and anywhere near as much bamboo either.Top soils and garden/vege soils seem to have less weeds appear also. It may be my luck but I'll stick to them while it lasts.Love the red flake mulch the best, cant seem to find it anywhere else.

Very disappointed with the quality of the mulch supplied today (10mm tan bark).Massive amount of soil through it Which is. It what you want when trying to avoid weeds sprouting up.Also huge lumps of pavers etc Buried within.Pretty bad

Very friendly and understanding staff. I asked for a refund after I ordered and paid for some gravels for my front yard a day later and no question asked at all to get my refund back. Prices of products are reasonable. Highly recommend.

Had a truck load of tan bark delivered today. The staff are very friendly and helpful and their prices are competitive. They rang when they said they would prior to delivery and delivered on time. I'm very happy with the service and product.

Helpful staff, great to see what the different supplies look like in person and I could organise same week delivery.

PROS: Affordable, quick delivery, friendly staff. Tan bark was exactly what we wanted.CONS: The garden mix soil contained all manner of rubbish bits - plastics (both hard and soft), metals (small solid chunks, wires, foil), ceramics, etc. 1 cubic metre contained close to 10 cubic centimetres of rubbish, and that's just what I noticed / bothered to pick out. Not at all what you want in your garden bed. Don't know if it was a one-off, but it dropped my faith in their quality control enough that I won't be ordering from them again.Edit: Thanks for responding. The order was from mid December; I have forwarded the email exchange to the account suggested. Cheers.Edit 2: Bumped up my rating in response to their professional, non-defensive responses and an offer of some supplies as way of compensation. Just had 3 cubic meters of 14mm tan bark mulch delivered! Great contactless delivery, friendly driver and looks to be great quality mulch and the smell is divine. Would definitely buy again.

Couldn't recommend any other landscape suppliers!! Best in the business!! I purchased veggie soil mix for a recent home project & it was superb - it brought such life and nourishment to my veggies! Wonderful staff would highly recommend !!

Bought veg soil a few weeks ago. It's totally hydrophobic, water runs off it, finds channels through it, won't be absorbed by it. Staff told me to use soil wetter and stir through compost"
