Awesome selection and friendly staff. The store manager and in store Natropath is excellent. She helped me select a marvellous blend of essential oils for the sauna. She also mixed up an outstanding liquid herbal for me so I don’t need to rely on coffee or tea. I love this place.

Extremely Disappointed!! Bought some bread and was charged $10:90 told it was a price rise. I bought the same product at a competitor for $8:50 the same day. When I rang back the lady said she didn’t know the reason and head office sets the price. So guess what I will never shop there again! I hope they enjoy their huge profit margins!

It was my second and last time to visit this shop as it confirmed my first impression of unfriendly staff who looked bored and annoyed by just a couple of questions.Shame as the products are great but you can just buy them online for a cheaper price.

so sad lately place has changed so much last few weeks . all the things i usually buy are never in corn chips dates rice milk etc stock is very hit and miss lately. boxes stacked out back no one available to restock shelves . girls seem sad once were vibrant joyous happy . i feel for this place new management has ruined this place i used to love :(

Very niche market with prices to reflect. Definitely a Zen vibe to the market. Wide range of hard to normally find products from right across the world. Feel good about looking after yourself and your environment. Easy parking nice and friendly staff.

This Flannery's had limited fresh produce and other stock missing.The 3 or 4 staff members were not wearing masks (didn't see a single staff member who was), and most of the customers (6/9) weren't either. I've not seen so such a large group of people without masks inside a building, a health store no less. I just ended up getting out of there pretty quickly, and won't be coming back. I work in aged care so take Covid seriously.
