Usually have the parts that you needMy son needed a Window motor for his Calais and it was there ,2nd time they had a genuine Holden part for us !

This company has just carried out repairs on my sons car. They charged him for things they did no do and the car was worse than when he took it in.He took the car back to have this rectified and after being there for 2 weeks, he picked it up today. An argument started over work they “said” they did but still did not fix the things it went back for. The owner swore and verbally abused my son. On the way home the car broke down and transmission fluid was running out everywhere.When he got home, he called the owner to speak to him about it. The response he got was appalling. The guy would not do anything about it and when he was questioned further, he just hung up.They are atrocious.

Worst experience ever, found my car down the street which was broken into. All my gear stolen. The only excuse from the owner was not on my land not my problem" . When I handed over my keys to fix my car. Bunch of grubs. Bottom of the barrel company."

Very unprofessional business. In search of a wrecked body part, was told by the owner it was off the vehicle and ready for collection. Drove 1 hr 45 minutes to collect only to find out they don’t have one. Owners comment was “you’re dealing in second hand parts” no apology, zero care. Definitely shop with this business if you’d like to be mucked around and treated poorly.Unfortunately one star was the lowest score I was able to give.“Additional post added 17/5 after reading owners reply”I am gobsmacked that you would actually try to justify your unprofessionalism by saying “ I actually did have the part but you had no patience and could not wait 5 minutes while I searched for it.”We were advised by you that the part was ready for collection prior to coming to collect. I waited for 15 minutes while you foraged around your unorganised workshop searching for it. Sadly this just proves you are also dishonest.You will receive more respect by taking accountability for your error than lying to make yourself look good. You’ve just embarrassed yourself even further.Very interested to see what sort of justification reply you will post this time.
