I left my joggers at home while on holiday and the staff had me sorted. Friendly, helpful and even measured my feet and my step. We came in again to buy inner soles for my other shoes and the kind man gave my son some ideas on where to go fishing. Very happy.. thank you to all staff

Called about shoes, didn't feel like the saleswoman wanted to even talk to me. I was about to spend over $240 on shoes and went elsewhere.I like to enjoy buying new products, not be made to feel like I'm a hassle and dropping a few hundred in their till for the experience. Called another shoe store they were happy, great attitude and more than helpful Aswell as giving me a good discount And cheaper for the same shoes. I guess in the End it doesn't matter how good a shoe store looks its All About Customer Service.

They take a 3D image of your foot - then try to sell you shoes that don't fit because they don't have your size in stock. This was the second time this has happened. Will never return.

Worst service I’ve ever received. My wife had a shoe fitting and the young man that served us was appalling! He appeared to be offended by doing his job. Can’t believe he still has a job!If I could give zero stars I would!
