I love my new car - always wanted a Mercedes Benz. From the moment I walked into the showroom, Aaron Collins made me feel welcome and allowed me to take my time. Aaron showed genuine interest in my needs, taking the time to discuss my options based on my affordability, he even drove the car to my home so I could test drive.He kept in touch with me the entire time the car was being shipped and arranged a time that suited me to take delivery of the vehicle.If you are going to buy a car from Mercedes Benz Berwick, ask for Aaron, you wont be disappointed.

I had such an amazing experience dealing with Mercedes Benz Berwick. Simon Chen is the best go-to person for all your car needs. My car was delayed by unforeseeable circumstances due to cargo/shipping issues and I desperately needed a vehicle for transportation on weekends and Simon was so generous and gracious to lend me a different car every weekend to run my errands! He was always so open and honest about what was going on. Simon would keep communicating with me and giving me status updates about the delivery.I was overseas and there was some time difference the week before delivery and they have been very accommodating and prompt with my questions and requests in preparation for delivery on my return.Just before the car was manufactured a few days after I have ordered it, I changed my mind about the material for seat covers and Simon provided me with a solution immediately! I was a bit anxious because I have never seen his recommendation in person but when the car was finally delivered it was perfect!Simon was unavailable on the day the car was delivered but he still kept communicating with me during the day to ensure a smooth delivery and handover. He asked Zack to assist and Zack was also very friendly and accommodating with our questions.Overall, the experience was superb and I will definitely be coming back to the Mercedes-Benz Berwick branch for all my future car needs! Well this is not our first Mercedes but Kieran and the team at MB Berwick definitely gave us the best service and experience by far. From the first enquiry call Kieran was so professional and attentive always keeping us updated on our car status. Pick up day we were greeted with a lovely smile from reception and a welcome coffee and fresh juice, exactly what we needed.Then the big reveal, it’s always exciting to see that big red bow around your new car. And there it is. With all the attention to detail, and time taken to getting you comfy with all the new bells and whistles, the experience was next level - we were treated like VIPs. Even the trade in, paperwork and insurance was a seamless experience. The best deal, searching for the best spec vehicle and had it arrive in time for my wife’s birthday.Thanks Kieran and team for making this a special day for my wife. She loved it and says thank you all very much!!!

Have had a very pleasant and enjoyable experience at Mercedes-Benz Berwick purchasing our first Mercedes. Ravi Kalpage from the finance team is extremely knowledgeable and provided a very smooth and fast loan approval process. And also to mention Sam Safadi from the sales team provided us with a 5 star customer service. Never pushed us and allowed more than enough time for us to make the decision. Sam also spent more than an hour after the delivery, stayed with us to go through the car’s new tech. Highly recommend!
