Appalling service from start to finish - I ordered plantation shutters with matching sliding doors for my salon. After a lengthy wait to have them arrive from their manufacturer in China and then finally installed, they were too big for the window so had to wait another few months until installation. The runners for the sliding door were screwed onto a white covered plyboard and then screwed onto my new wooden laminate flooring. It looked ugly and I wasnt thrilled with the result, adding that I believed it to be a tripping hazard but agreed to leave be. Roll on a couple of years and the wood started to bleed through the white paintwork of the slats (I was told by the owner of the company that this was a common issue they had with their old supplier - and other peoples reviews on truelocal confirm this) So they agreed that they needed to be replaced. They removed my faulty 4 panel doors which, although now very discoloured,, did match the design of the front bay window. They then replaced with doors which look completely different style to the ones fitted in the bay and a different shade of white (almost cream as apposed to soft white). Considering these blinds are in the same room, I stated that they are not what I originally ordered and was told that most customers are not that fussy." and that whenever they get difficult customers "they just simply cut them off". I was shocked by what I was hearing. The fitter said that after he spoke to the manager
