Lovely little place. Mostly high-quality kitchenware that'll last for years, but they also sell some cheaper stuff. Worth a stroll if you are looking for interesting kitchen accessories and durable appliances, not so much if your wallet's looking thin!

Driven miles to get here and your store hours state 10am yet your store has been closed, spoke to someone earlier in the week who stated you’re also open 10am. Very poor experience to leave customers waiting on a busy Saturday for you to open ! Yep people have walked away since I’ve been here waiting ! It’s your responsibility to ensure your customers are looked after and shouldn’t be wasting their busy lives with your inability to be on time !

Not great customer service.An order was placed and paid for.4 days later I had received no notifications about shipping so I sent an email asking for an update.They replied saying they needed to speak to me to confirm my order (why, you have been paid and have my address, what else do you require?) and had tried phoning me (I have had some missed calls from an 'unknown' number this week but these had been blocked by my phone).Not sure why they didn't send an email or text if I wasn't answering my phone?Anyway, they asked me to phone them so I did but that went straight to voicemail.So I emailed them and requested a refund.This was the most efficient part of the operation as that only took 2 hours to come through so 'thank you' for that, but telling a customer to phone, not answering the phone, or answering my questions via email or offering anything remotely like an apology for their slipshod customer service irked me.I cannot recommend.Ordered the same item for the same price with free shipping from the Kitchen Warehouse instead.

The store has been in business for more than 20 years, and I will often come here to have a look. Nice shop and the service is enthusiastic.
