Everyone I have been in contact with here is wonderful. All of the reception staff are a joy to talk to and Zoe especially is always friendly and happy to help.The psychs are incredible and genuine and my life is so much better for it. :) They're also fantastic with kids, and offer tea and coffee in the waiting room if it helps calm your nerves!They really care about their patients here and do their best to make time for you if you need it. If you're looking into therapy, I highly recommend Serene!!

I wish google could give this business 10/10 stars! After not being able to access a service close to Geelong, I am extremely pleased with the outstanding service provided to my son and I. Jess’s professional and warming approach made all the difference when working with my son. Jess was also able to turnaround a much needed report for a return to school plan...which was most likely completed in her own time too. We are so appreciative and happy to travel from Geelong to Sunbury again if that time arises again. Thank you so very much Jess and the team.

Exceptional practice. Have been using their service for over 2 years. It's the longest I have ever stayed with one psychologist! (Desperately mentally ill over here, lmao) Everyone from the receptionists to the psychologists are friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and fun to talk to. My son has also used their service, and their professionalism and care was outstanding. I recommend Serene to everyone who asks. I genuinely love everyone there. Thank you everyone, for all that you do. Your consistency, warmth, and jokes have made an immeasurable improvement in my life, and I will be forever grateful.

Firstly, i would like to officially commend the young lady with the platted pigtails at the front desk for her outstanding de-escalation performance today when i went ape s*it. Having worked as a paramedic myself i know good de escalation from bad and she was absolutely outstanding and is a real asset to Serene. Secondly, before coming to Serene psychology i had a very low opinion of the effecacy of psychology having had multiple bad experiances, however Jess my psychologist has been an absolute champion and a crucial cornerstone to my recovery. She has helped make improvememts to my mental health each and every appointment. I know most people dont think of psychology as something that will make a difference but trust and beleive when i say it is only because of the staff at serene that i am in such a better place. Thankyou so much. :)K.
