Kirstie Jones from Flight Centre Hastings.I frequently utilise the services of Flight Centre for my air ticketing requirements and I have found them to be quite good in terms of customer service and pricing. However, the customer service that I received from Kirstie Jones was exceptional and much better than what I had received in the past from other friendly Flight Centre consultants.Kirstie helped me with travel arrangements for December 2021 travel, a just a few weeks after international borders opened. She didn't just organise tickets at a competitive rate, she also provide every bit of help that I required to travel safely especially when there were so many rules and regulations that had to be satisfied and quite frankly made air travel complicated.While overseas there were further complications with my return ticket as one of the countries shut its borders and I had to be re-routed. Kirstie ensured that it didn't cost me anything more and she organised down to the last detail to ensure my safe travel back home to Australia.I would strongly commend Kirstie Jones as I found her service to be exceptional and I will definitely go back to her to organise future travel arrangements.

Just got back from 3 weeks in Scotland, Kirstie nailed it! No issues with the booking at all, hire car, hotels, flights easy as you like and I always seemed to be in the right spot near the best sights. Just how a holiday should be!

During this very trying & difficult year of International Border closures due to COVID-19, Kirstie Jones has been very professional and caring whilst dealing with our refund process. Throughout the 20 week process she always answered our emails promptly, reassured us & kept us up to date with everything. Once the International Borders are open & we can once again travel we will definitely contact Kirstie & use her services to book our next holiday.
