Initial consultation $250 and told that, if we were to continue with the case, legal fees would be billed at the end of the matter. Phoned a month later to continue with the case and was told that another initial consultation fee would be payable before continuing. Being a pensioner with limited funds at the time, we didn't go back there. We went to another solicitor who didn't even charge the initial consultation fee and billed at the end of the case when money was available.

Hodgson Lawyers assisted our family through a very difficult, drawn out family law matter. At all times they were professional, kept us informed, and answered our questions. In particular James our paralegal, John Byrnes, Joanne, Daniel, and not forgetting Leanne. This team enabled us to reach an excellent outcome for our family, and we will always be grateful to their expertise and support during a very difficult time. Thank you Christine and Family.

Come to see a solicitor regarding my daughter ex partner. Solicitor happy to help us at $330 for less than 30 minutes for absolutely no answers. Waist of my time and money.Never ever will recommend them.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Took 4 months to get an appointment(January to May) . After several phone calls to chase up why my application hadn't been sent a month later(June), was told that they hadn't sent my application and would send immediately. Have rang the firm multiple times and left messages wanting an update, never get a call back. Just spoke to legal aid about my application and have been informed that they STILL haven't send the paperwork through(30TH July). I started the process with this firm when my son was 4 months old.He is now almost 1 and I'm am no closer to seeing him as I was when this all started...
