She does an extremely detailed inspection and covers things that other building and pest inspectors overlook. The report is Very easy to read and understand. Took Hetal for final hand over and it was an excellent experience. Roof had broken tiles and cabinets had some water leakage and some doors were not closing properly. There were few other minor painting and fixes as well. Thank you very much.

Hetal is very thorough and professional with the inspections. We got Frame Stage and Final Stage inspection done for our new build and were very happy from the things she found out which we could never have picked up. The reports she sends are through and has photographed evidence and description of breached standards, quite enough to keep your builder on their toes. Will highly recommend Hetal and her team :).
