Very poor service by the salesman ‘Dean’. Funnily enough my sister experienced exactly the same service. We stated our budget and the salesman only mentioned vacuum cleaners at least double our budget. Then when we found one that was reviewed and suitable for small apartments and units, he shrugged it off and didn’t even want to give us a demo. We did our own demo and liked it but then he claimed they were out of stock. Frustrating. A week later I went to DFO Godfreys, I knew what I wanted and walked out in a few minutes a happy customer.Airport West, you can do much better. Hire the salespeople that actually care about their service and listen to customers, and you’d make many more sales and profit!
