Getting a prescription filled took over 30 minutes and the store was quiet. Not going back as the last script from there I also experienced slow service.

I had major surgery 10 days ago and the hospital told me to dispose of my blood thinner needles safely through my local pharmacy. I took them in and was treated as if I was some sort of drug addict and told they couldn't do it, go to the Mandurah Council who will give me a new disposal box...Went to Terry White who were more than pleasant to deal with, not so judgy and much kinder. They happily disposed of the needles for me. I wouldn't reccommend this pharmacy, and won't be going back.

I went in there yesterday and got served by Kaela, I needed to get some hydrolight for my dehydration, never had such amazing service than by her, made sure I had a frozen ice pole whilst was in there, she was incredible

My wife and I went there at very short notice for a Covid booster shot. The pharmacist was very polite and friendly and not only gave us our boosters but also gave my wife her flu vaccination. And he gave us documentary evidence of our boosters.

Pharmacists and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Always go the extra mile to help. Great range of products and can usually order things that they dont stock normally. Will definitely use this as my local chemist.
