Fantastic groomers, we used to take our little boy Billy elsewhere in Joondalup for grooming and charged extra for behaviour as he doesn't like the blower and he has come home with knicks, but not today. Sara and her team are truly dog lovers, they allowed Billy to air dry which meant time to play with some new doggy friends.Love that they truly cared about our boy and he wasn't just another $. He looks and smells great and even came home with a new tie.Will definitely be back again, highly recommend this business

Hi and thank you Le Shaggy Chic. We got our old Border Collie shaved a few weeks ago. He was feeling hot and heavy but now he feels like a puppy again and has a smile on his face. Although it was recommended not to shave him (we have been living in the Midwest and it was too hot ) his long coat has always grown back beautiful thanks again❤️

Cannot do enough for your pooch. So patient and sweet with them. Really reasonable prices and a nice area to wait. I don't think I will take my dog anywhere else.

I have taken my little dog twice and the service has been terrible. Both times he needed deshedding. First time I complained and was assured it would not happen again. Second time the same thing! He was just washed, nails clipped and was still damp when I picked him up. I will not waste another $80 + again. He was in and out in 50 minutes. He didn’t even smell clean when I got him home. Not sure how you guys are still in business. I will go back to my previous groomers in Morley who do a fantastic job! Two hour groom, no loose shedding hair, he always smelled amazing and looked 500% better than when I have used you guys. Disgusting service. I could have dine a better job myself!!!

Absolutely brilliant, for a first visit with my Cairn terrier, Sara did everything I asked, I wanted him looking like a Cairn after, as he has a double coat I didnt want him clipped and he looked great and came away very calm. Would not hesitate to recommend, the staff were lovely and the coffee, great. Well worth a visit. Unfortunately my technical photo skills are not good so can't do a before and after!!

Big surprise find for me! Small outdoor seating was perfect after a tough bike ride. Nice friendly efficient staff a bonus.

The listed address and trading hours are incorrect as the shop is still vacant at the moment with only the business name in the window and the old Ocean reef is empty an closed also. Which doesn't help when you have ordered products online from wish to be picked up from Shaggy Chic and according to wish your order is ready for pick up and neither location is open to pick it up. Not impressed it was a present for a friend's birthday tomorrow.
