I have been a member of the Community First Credit Union for many years and prior to that as well- I have always had the most professional and courteous customer service . I would like to make special mention of a staff member named Nicole Burrows . From the moment you walk in the door Nicole greets you by your first name -and always makes you feel welcome - that is great customer service in my book. I have known Nicole for sometime now - she has always sorted out many issues I have had with my credit card and any other queries I have had without any fuss or bother . This is an amazing bank. It is by far the best service I have ever received from a financial institution. I was assisted by Sue who helped me choose the right product and was there with me throughout every step of the process. Big Aussie banks have gotten greedy, cutting costs and treating customers as numbers; it is so refreshing to see a completely locally managed bank - the service I received was phenomenal.I will highly recommend Community First Bank to all friends and family.
