Early Settler Geelong

Beautiful furniture and homeware. I purchased 2 lamps with their buy one get one free and a chandelier. Did not take long to be delivered to store from ordering online. Got a text advising had arrived. Staff were very happy to bring it out to my car to save me getting my wheelchair out. I am very happy with product and service.

Found just what I needed at a great price.

Nice and friendly greeting, with a staff member approaching me to assist without pressure to buy. Others stores I visited nearby (just prior) remained at desks. I didnt buy anything from Early Settler today but liked their range so will measure and go back another time. Currently 20% off when you buy 2 items.

We recently purchased some furniture from Early Settler in Geelong and the staff were all friendly and helpful. They provide a table for colouring in which made shopping with the kids easier. Ordered items were available to pick up from the store within a week. Special mention to Jenny who was exceptionally helpful and professional! Would highly recommend shopping here.

We brought a table and chairs from Early Settler and they were really great to deal with. We had lots of delays in our renovations and they were very helpful with holding on to our items for quite some time. We love the table and chairs, thank you.

Well presented store with lovely looking couches but the comfort level leaves alot to be desired.Staff member Leanne S was helpful and quick to take my smaller items to the counter so I didn't need to carry around whilst browsing. Once I'd made my purchases she insisted on helping me get them out the non-automatic door and carried my items right to the car boot.I bought some baskets in multiple sizes and knew I'd be returning 2. When I returned with the unwanted items I was served by Clinton S who again was at the top of customer service and he treated me like I was no trouble and exceptionally pleasant and genuinely nice throughout. I went on to buy another couple of things - changing my mind at times and Tessa K who was helping me was gracious and patient throughout. I have had a very pleasant shopping experience in this store at all times. I would choose to come back to this store - even though it's quite a distance from my home, and I pass many homewares/furniture stores on the way - simply because the staff are enthusiastic and customer focused. A credit to the Early Settler staff selection/training process.
