dusk Mt Gravatt

Went to Dusk Mt Gravatt today (29 July at 2pm) and the lady working at the store was so patient and kind. She helped us out with our card issues and explained to us how to take care of the candles really well. I loved the range of candle fragrances and the layout of the store as well. Will definitely be back!

Discrimination!!!I usually came to this shop to buy candles and I thought this shop was good. But !!! Today afternoon I came there and wanted to buy a product then I came to the counter and asked if there was any discount for the product. Then the shop manager with a bad attitude to service us and we asked her why she treated us like this and she said I should say hello to her first Because I am an Asian? Excuse me? ! I will never come to this shop again! SHAME ON YOU GUYS to have such a BAD PERSON to be your shop manager And You NEVER DO ANYTHING for your customers!!Bad shop, bad shop manager ever!

Lovely smells in here, joined rewards program again its 10.00 dollars but you get a 10.00 voucher so cost nothing and you get discounts and specials .Staff are lovely.

Told by staff if purchasing more than $30 can renew vip for free, but still get charged for renewal, apparently store Manager has no idea what’s their store rules is, argued with manager, her attitude is not friendly at all, really disappointed, will never shop there again.

Bought a membership online because it says you can use it immediately. Says nothing about waiting 12 - 24 hours. I go into store and despite having a membership number, conformation emails, and a payment receipt the cashier tells me because it hasn't loaded on her system which takes 24 hours (not mentioned anywhere), I can't use my discount. I ask if she can't just put a manual 20% discount because she can literally see my membership number and confirmation email. After ages she finally concedes. Like? How is it my fault that the website tells you you can use the discount immediately? Sounds like the stores fault. Was my first time shopping there too so doubt I'll be back

Mixed feelingsDusk itself and the products are amazing, never had a problem at any other store. One staff member was more than helpful and lovely. The other who I would assume was the manager" or person in charge was very rude and ridiculous with her attitude. They didn't have a particular item in the box that I wanted

Went to the store to get some candles and other stuff as we usually shop here , but unfortunately the person who served us , “ Cassandra “ was on her name badge was so rude and very unprofessional. She is not at all to be served in that beautiful shop .
