I wish I had that 5 star service but instead I got treated like a thief. Mind you I had my family with me and I was pushing my twin sons pram. Disgrace.

It was a delight to visit Torquay Toys while holidaying there. Friendly service and beautiful products at reasonable prices. Got my Christmas shopping sorted for quite a few people right there in one stop. It's great to find a traditional toy store with quality toys that go beyond the big franchises and moulded plastic. Highly recommend!

It's not fair to scowl at someone, follow them around and intimidate them because they are an ethnic minority. I'm absolutely disgusted at the service here and have never been made to feel more uncomfortable in my entire life. Had my family been treated like humans, I would have purchased a large amount of toys as I had intended to for Christmas. Fair to say we walked away with none. Treatment like this should be illegal. To the owner: take a good look at yourself in the mirror, you ought to be ashamed. You exposed my sweet sons to discrimination and that is not ok. Im glad that this was the only awful service we encountered in Torquay.

We stopped by to buy some little toys as gifts from our trip to Torquay for our kids. They were rather busy when we were there but the lady who attended to us was extremely service oriented with a constant smile and no question was too big an ask for her. She was an absolute gem to deal with and assisted us. The gift wrapping was really cute as well. Definitely a store to visit if you're stopping by Torquay. They carry a great range of high quality toys. Mostly suited for babies to toddlers. Or lower primary.

A wonderful window full of colour that draws you in! So many great brands, something for all ages. The staff were lovely & very helpful & the gift wrapping was a special touch. The kites I bought were a hit over the windy long weekend We Will definitely be back.
