Mamic Blvd Fraser Rise - Hampton Style Custom Design HomeWhen my husband and I started our journey to build our forever dream home, we visited a large number of display homes of volume builders. Hampton Style home was on the top of my wish list. I could not find any floor plan which ticked all the boxes for me. We decided to explore the option for a custom builder. We met with Rex Homes sale staff being recommended by one of our family member. We were quite happy to see the quality of their houses under construction for other clients. After doing our own due diligence we made a final decision to proceed with them.From the initial meeting with their project director in March 2021 to handover in October 2022, we were looked after with care from design to selection and final construction. The build process has been incredibly challenging due to material delays and labour shortage, the whole construction industry is facing due to Covid-19. Charlie Xuereb our Construction director did his best to manage these challenges. Despite of his serious foot injury and surgery, he was committed to deliver this project with high quality. His commitment to his work and attention to details is remarkable.DesignThe very first step was the floorplan and design for our Hampton Style house. Our project was designed by Joe Bondin from Ultimate Design and Architects. My main concern was the master bedroom which I was unable to find in display houses of all volume builders for our land size. I was finding it hard to have the design I wanted without making major changes to the rest of the floorplan. Rex’s architect team did a great job to design master bedroom and Hampton facade. It was exactly the way we wanted. We were very happy with the final design. The design maximised the position on our block and the result presents a most liveable house and an amazing statement in our street.SelectionsTo meet the requirements of my choice and to provide a wide range of variety for appliances and bathroom fixtures, tiles, flooring and other features for a Hampton style home; Rex Homes organised a special selection for us from Harvey Norman Commercial Project Division Selection Centre for appliances and bathroom fixtures. They organised our appointment with Rickie Donmez from colour selection from CSI Design Studio. She is an expert in Hampton style colour selection. She did an excellent job for our colour selection to suit Hampton style. Quality, craftmanship and finish is marvellous.We are absolutely stoked with the quality of the finished result of our Dream Hampton Home. Charlie Xuereb, being the director of the company as well as site supervisor has done a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Rex Homes as a custom builder. Farrukh, Charlie Xuereb and Angela Xuereb all have been personable throughout the process offering guidance from design to construction. We feel happy at the end and have given our second property to build at Padma Blvd in Botania Estate, Fraser Rise. Post handoverWe found some minor issues post handover. The level of services received post-handover is very good.

Rex Homes was recommended by my friend and we are overjoyed with the quality of work and timely finish of the house. It has been built as Custom designed plan which suits our need and price that's fits in our budget.Flooring and kitchen set up has come very nice and bright along with Bosch kitchen appliances.Cant wait to move in. Thanks John for a wonderful execution of a floor plan.The slope on my block was very challenging and many major builders walked away from it. Rex team and staff looked after well. If there was a button to give 0 stars I would. All those fake reviews about Italian builders and directors are all fabricated by the fraud man Farrukh. Please note REX HOMES DO NOT BUILD HOMES IT IS BRIGHT HOMES. I Do not understand why he displays him self as a builder when he uses another party to build. He will take your money whilst he lives in a mansion. Promises you the best build but will ignore you as soon you have problems with the build.PLEASE do your research. Go google bright homes call them and ask for grace or michael or angela they will confirm they are the builders.A few of us have gathered evidence of his shady work as he is portraying himself as the builder but is not. Deceiving families, we have taken it to the current affair.You are muslim yet you scam people of there builds. Karma my friend ! It will come dont you worry.

Just going through my home while it is in the framing stage.Charlie and his team have done a great job so far from design/concept stage to colour selection, as well as construction stage. It has been my best experience to deal with such a professional team of people, dealing with 3rd generation family builders under Charlie Xuereb has been a hassle free exercise which makes me a happy and satisfied client.Thanks to Angela and Rickie for helping and guiding me to select nice finishes and colours.Lot 2335, Thornhill Park. 35 sq double story home.

Wonderful Experience so far !!I was planning to build large custom design single storey home for my family and after discussion with various builders in the industry, I decided to go ahead with Rex homes about a year ago. My project construction value is around $500,000 (36 sq) with all the premium inclusions that are usually not available with other volume builders.I worked together with Rex Homes and gone through all the processes involved in building during our initial consultations. Their team is very helpful and diligent in explaining the pros and cons during designing and colour selection stage. They have already completed slab stage few weeks ago and framing stage last week. I am very happy with the process so far and would like to thank all the team especially site supervisor Matthew Bell who is easy to approach and very detailed. I have also engaged independent inspector for various stages and my builder has no issue with it.I will provide more update on further stages as we go along but so far I am very happy with the process.
