Very dissatisfied with our new sign. After multiple attempts for these guys to fix their mistake, they are now MIA.They quoted a job, assessed the area in detail, decided to no use supporting battens behind the alloy sheeting and now the sign is warping badly in the heat. A sign is an integral part of your business, I cannot recommend this company. Focus on signs may need to focus on their job in more detail.I don’t like publicly reviewing business negatively in this manner, but after multiple emails and no attempt to resolve the issue, I just don’t want this happening to others. Signs aren’t cheap. They are very important. Try harder focus on signs.
