Too Hot Climate Systems - Langwarrin

Firstly I'd like to say this is my first google review. I never felt the need to do one with any other services I've used over the last 10 years of my carpentry career. Last year I built a double story house in the Frankston area and engaged Too Hot Climate Systems to install a Braemar ducting heating unit. Being a carpenter and having done previous town house builds I have a fairly good understanding of the work required. Below is a list of issues that I had since install:- The roof unit install was very quick and resulted in the new corrugated iron being dinted in half a dozen spots (see photo).- The silicon around the vent was terrible and had to be re-done due to it leaking (see photos).- Once the place was complete the temperature difference between upstairs and downstairs was extreme. We arranged for Sam to come back to find a resolution which took weeks. The house had tenants in it and he re-scheduled approximately 5 times and cancelled every-time on the scheduled day after I had given the tenants notice. The issue was sort-of resolved however there's still a significant temperature difference. This can't be resolved fully due to the type of unit we installed based on Sam's recommendation despite all the experience he proclaimed he had with double story installations.- The unit then started leaking water which is potentially a product fault however Sam has gone MIA and is not responding to rectify the problem.Overall very disappointed with the quality of workmanship and service provided. Cheap and nasty is the lesson I've learnt. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
