Not only is the quality immaculate the service was professional and fun both over the phone and instore. They have a wide range of beautiful pieces at every price point using top quality stones.i was given important information about setting , variations in diamond types , cost options of designs and diamond after care. Joel is the most talented, meticulous jeweller I have ever worked with. He is so detail oriented and his vision for creating my bracket was beyond beautiful. He took my grandmothers old Jewellery and created the most magnificent bracelet out of her diamonds and gold. The service is beyond excellent and he made this experience feel so personal and special. All of the employees at Jewellery studio are so kind. Joel has created a few magnificent pieces of Jewellery for me. I highly recommend Joel from Jewellery Studio. He is the best

My wedding ring was made here to order according to my wishes. In other studios they had a problem with it, but here they managed everything and the ring is beautiful exactly as I dreamed it would be.

I couldn't recommend Eric & his lovely team enough. I bought my fiance's ring from here :)I went to many different jewellers before this, but never really felt the sense of care that I felt when I came into this shop.The team took the time to listen to what I was after, and uncompromisingly worked to source & create this for me.I also didn't realise how important after-care was. Love this place! The principal jeweller, Joel is so talented and was so patient in helping me create my dream wedding ring and band. Nothing was ever a problem and he always responded promptly to any questions I had during the CAD drawing of my ring and creating my ring. The price I paid was also very fair and competitive so the process was extremely easy.The ladies at the shop are also lovely and when I pop in to get my ring cleaned, it's always such a pleasant experience.I highly recommend Jewellery Studio!

Joel took our rough wedding ring design and created an exquisite, one of a kind gorgeous piece. There was no guessing as Joel created our piece on a computer drawing first. Joel took some of our diamonds and gold to help create the piece. He is completely professional and a true craftsmen. We are trilled with our treasured wedding ring.

I had my wife’s engagement ring and our wedding bands made here.The wedding band had very poorly secured stone and fell out twice.I had a gold band made and there was no purity markings on the gold (which is the legal standard for gold). I would go anywhere else before going here. Very crook operators in my opinion.

Jewellery Studio made my engagement and wedding band (and my husband's wedding band). The staff were incredibly attentive and patient and made the experience of designing my rings an exciting and memorable one. I could not be happier with my rings. They are so beautiful and so well crafted. I get compliments on them all the time. The after sales service is excellent. Whenever I take my rings in for complimentary cleaning, the staff are so welcoming and my rings always come out looking brand new!

From my first visit to this store I've been impressed with the quality of the designers and, most especially Joel who seems to understand what I want without asking!Staff are always friendly and welcoming. It's a treat to walk in the door.Being a bit of a magpie, I love pretty things. This is the place to bring pretty to an art form. All my bespoke rings are spectacular.Over the years my kids have had some of my (and my mother's) rings redesigned into amazing bespoke engagement and wedding rings, producing unique pieces for a very moderate price that are valued at 10-15 times their cost. A lovely way to pass on or create heirlooms.Quality, originality and incredible value for money can be expected every time.Can't recommend Eric and his talented team highly enough.
