Terrible service, only sales focused. Refuse to repair my vacuum because I bought it somewhere else. If this is their service culture they have lost any future purchase consideration from myself. They lost trust and authenticity, in 1 simple interaction.

Good service from the guy who was working alone today two days from Christmas, probably could use another employee to help. He had a store full of people but was able to assist everyone fairly easily. They didn’t have what I wanted but made conversation, commented on my purchase and was polite.

Champion salesman we got today. Gave us solid info on the machines we looked at and a good breakdown on the one we ended up buying. Knew what he was talking about and didnt force a sale just provided information. 100% reccomend.

Fantastic service as usual and Philip knew exactly what we were looking for after a brief chat.
