Very bad experience! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my house, gave them plenty of notice and told them to be delivered by a specific time. I called to see where the flowers were ad I hadn't recieve them and I got told they were delivered 3 hours ago to the wrong house. The lady rang back and said that they will be there in a minute she made a mistake. When the delivery driver arrived she had no idea they were meant to be delivered by midday, more like they forgot my delivery...bad service would not use them again. Spoilt a birthday suprise!

Not much of a selection on bunches of flowers but it was during a Covid19 lockdown so I'm sure they would normally have a lot more options but I was more than happy with what they did have.

Jess looked after the flowers for our wedding in November 2017. We had peonies for everything and they were beautiful. She was very thorough when discussing exactly what we were after and also helped us out when we had to re-budget. There were a few minor miscommunications but this is not solely on Jess and also definitely would not stop me from using her services. And when I say minor, I do mean minor, it was nothing that I felt the need to get in contact with her about after the wedding. And I’d still recommend her to anyone looking for a florist for their event.

Dallas was amazing and i was so lucky to have the most amazing flowers for my wedding. I teared up when Dallas and Colin brought over the bouquets because they were just beautiful. Voigt flowers are genuine, honest, caring and just down to earth people who are very experienced in the industry! I would happily recommend to anyone. Thanks Dallas for making my special day so much more special and beautiful!

Moved to this location last year, relieved to discover a great florest near by. I have bought several bouquets here, some made specifically to my instructions and others off the shelf (then staff kindly have made custom adjustments on short notice for me) All bouquets received highest compliments. This is a no frills, down to earth florest, with excellent quality fresh flowers/arrangements and very helpful staff. Well priced. Highly recommend. Thanks team : )
