I recently purchased equipment off Professional Trapping Supplies and was very impressed with the knowledge, range of products and professionalism.

Not such a positive experience with the company or the reconyx product. i purchased 2 ultrafire cameras and kit for almost $2000 within 6 months 1 camera stopped taking pictures and needed to be sent back to US under warranty. The process took the better part of 6 months. No sooner was the first camera returned that the second camera stopped taking pictures, it too needed to be returned to US for warranty repairs. Another 6months past. I was told this is rare and most unusual - not from where i stand 2 out of 2 failed. finally 1 year later the first camera stops working again, i am told it needs a new PCB so i paid. 6 months later it stopped again and i am told warranty period is 3 months. I expressed my dissatisfaction regarding the quality and my experience with the product , the companies reply seemed to indicate they had my camera issues mixed up with another customers issues stating the first warranty issue was user damage which had never been communicated in the correspondence nor charged for. No genuine explanation and no resolution. Now they are sitting on my desk as the most expensive paper weights on the planet.
