Booked our Qashqai in for a service, the price quoted was the price charged, it was ready at the time they said it would be ready, and no upselling. Staff were efficient and friendly. Excellent service.

Don't bother trying to call this place to book in for service, can never get through. Have tried 7 times in 3 days and it rings out each time. As a result, I now get my car serviced 35mins away at Cardiff Nissan as they answer the phone each time - which is a shame because Maitland Nissan is 3 streets away from me!No real issues if you can actually get serviced, but trying to contact anyone is literally impossible. They either need a 3rd phone or more reception staff - or both.

We have bought two brand new cars from Maitland Nissan and have had our cars serviced there for 14 years but won't be going there again. It's becoming a joke when it comes to servicing the car that came with fixed price servicing. Took hours of continual ringing. Finally, when someone did answer I was told that there was a month's wait to get my car into there for a service. I told them that's no good and would need to go elsewhere and the response was, OK no worries". I got on their website much to my regret and booked it in within a week. After being told the service would be $280 my wife was hit with a $450 bill. After some complaining they did reduce the bill to $230. The customer service fellow wearing the Heritage Holden shirt and the young girl behind the counter are real ambassadors (I'm being sarcastic here) for Nissan as my wife and I found them quite rude. We were also told that the car would be ready at 4pm. The car was ready but my wife had to wait 25 minutes for the mechanics report. I don't think I am being unreasonable in saying that with the amount of money we have spent over the last 14 years

Even though I didn't come to a deal, Adam was really great trying to find us a car. He was very honest and not pushy. Go see Adam, he will look after you.

We were lied to from the beginning. Put down a deposit so the car doesn't get sold while you think about it. If you don't want it you can get your deposit back" Lie! Deposit means you are buying the car - read the fine print. "It's a brand new battery" Lie! It's the original battery. Check it out yourself. Don't trust a word they say."
