highly recommend this gym and especially the advice Erik provides. It's funny that franchised gyms offer ridiculous contracts, please beware, they are all social sitting on benches clubs. you will never get a full workout done in 45mins. the advice you get are from teens with no experience in nutrition and bodybuilding or toning. Try Erik at fitness zone, service is wonderful, the equipment are Real like watching pumping iron, and the advice is the killer. From supplements to meal planning.Avoid the cheap, spend what is worth more you can desire.

Fitness Zone
If you are looking for big screen TVs, air conditioning and fancy bottled water; this isn't the gym for you. However, if you're looking for a great selection of weights along with all the standard cardio equipment in a friendly, laid back environment then you're in luck because Fitness Zone has all that for way less $ than the big chains. I did the 'early bird special' where you can work out from 7-noon, mon-fri and it's only $129 for 3 months.
