Plush Castle Hill

Please be advised, once you buy an item from a Plush store you're suddenly at the mercy of a (big) company who doesn’t care about the individual.My Wife and I ordered a modular couch from Castle Hill Plush (great staff) early Jan 2021. Our couch turned up mid-April, but one of the modules had a manufacturing defect. After informing Plush they sent someone out to inspect the couch and told us it would have to be replaced. By early May, Plush informed us that our replacement piece had been ordered, but this turned out to be false. Late July they rang again to say they had acutely forgot to place the order, and they would do it that day. It is now late Oct and we’re still yet to receive our replacement (almost 10 months after purchase). Plush did offer us some “compensation”, 2.39% of the purchase price.My main reason for writing this review is Push will NOT ring us back. We have been nothing but polite and we just want to speak to a manager about starting the Warranty from the date we ACTUALLY HAVE OUR WHOLE COUCH TOGETHER. PLUSH, PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING AND STOP IGNORING THE LITTLE GUY!!!!

Have purchased 2 sofas from Plush Castle Hill the Melbourne and Aspen. I could not be happier!!! The service given was superb by the store manager. He gave great advice on choosing the sofa size and orientation for the space in our home as well as the fabric and colours.We were building our home at the time and had to keep requesting a revision to the delivery date. This was not a problem for the delivery team who contacted me in advance of the delivery each time. Overall a very easy and pleasant experience.

Worst customer service experience iv ever had.Delayed from 3 months to 6months and they even lied about where it was made and had the audacity to charge us a surcharge for using credit card.Personally would never buy here EVER again*Edit*DELAYED ANOTHER 2 WEEKS AGAIN???? Going for a refund now they are 4 months late on their promise. This company is a jokeAnother Edit.Spoke one on one with the manager Lisa"I asked for a full refund including the deposit.She agreed but stated if we could get the couch in within the week would we keep it?Which I thought was fair. She then told me she would call me back the next day to see if she could....She never called me. I called in the employees said she wasn't in and that this new employee would follow it up and call me back the next day. SHE DIDNT!!!I CALLED BACK A DAY LATERThey stated Lisa the manager WAS IN THE LAST 2 DAYS. So basically I'm being straight ignored.Worst company ever DO NOT BUY HERE"

The worst customer service/ experience ever. Ordered our snuggle chair in November and paid our deposit. Was promised delivery late January or early Feb. no surprises this never happened and not even a call to advise any delays. Went to store twice and no one could provide an answer as to the unreasonable delay. We were promised follow up calls and again no surprises this never happened. We were told that orders placed after November were already delivered however our order seems to be in a black hole. Again we were told end of March or early April and still heard nothing. On Sunday we were told May and was promised a follow up call which never happened.No surprises I provided my contact details and still haven’t received a phone call.

Had an amazing experience purchasing our new sofa today! We were looked after by Tuscany who gave us exceptional service. She was attentive yet gave us all the time and space we needed to make our decisions along with giving us really great advice and tips. Tuscany looked after us on the price with some of the proceeds being donated to charity!! I highly recommend Plush Sofas Castle Hill if you are in the market for a new sofa.

The sales person I dealt with was knowledgeable about the product and managed to configure a custom couch exactly how we wanted it, it was delivered when we were told it would be so all good there.Where they fall flat though is their commutation with the delivery company. I was told delivery would be $85 including taking the couch up to the second level of my house and setting up.The delivery guys arriving having no idea that they need to take it up a level and set it up, long story short, Plush quoted $85 for delivery but had to $125 upon delivery. Make sure you get all the delivery instructions and costs in writing when purchasing.

Received our new lounge about 6 weeks ago (Carlton modular). Extremely happy with quality and the finished product. The store staff were fantastic, backed up with staff following up on delivery of our lounge and our requirements. We received our lounge on the delivery date scheduled, on time and not late. Highly recommend.

Some nice designs and better quality than some of the other well known names (I won't name them), flexibility in terms of upholstery. Our order yet to be delivered do more on that later.

Elegant selection of sofa with good material and top class finish but generally even after 50% off looks 20% over priced. Even then I bought it.

She was very friendly, knowledgeable and patience in assisting us. She helped contact another interstate store as we needed to deliver the item to an interstate address. Thank you, Olivia.
