What a pity that I could only leave a 5-star rating. If 10 stars were available, I would have clicked on it within microseconds! My White Lady Tracy was beyond outstanding. I don't think that I could have survived the period of my wife's passing, with personal grief, and then the immediate requirements for the preparation of a Celebratory service without Tracy's help, which was freely given almost around the clock. Tracy lifted such a load off of my shoulders, and together we were able to plan the Celebratory service that my wife would be very, very pleased with. I cannot thank White Lady Funerals enough!

Do not use White Laxy Funerals. They are e unprofessional and totally heartless to the grieving family

There is absolutely no discretion or privacy conducted at white Lady funerals. They will give whoever your password to anyone if asked. They have no idea whether certain wills are legal and are not interested if they get it wrong.........when it's too late. They will give out all your personal, private and sensitive information. All you have to do is ring and ask. They agree to correspond with you and you never hear from them again.....especially when it's important information for your lawyer. I have used them twice but never again. They follow no policies because I don't think they have any. They fail to communicate with each other including you! They have no empathy for you or your loved one who has passed away as it it evident in their fake smiles and fake presentation of their personalities. They are not intelligent or strong opinionated women eager to make things right if there is a problem. They are scared of men and are not properly or efficiently trained to solve any problems. No skills. They behave like scared little girls who always respond with 'I don't know.' All they are trained to do is sell sell sell! . We'll never to me again! So disappointed.
