Friendly staff, beautiful jewellery at good prices

Been buying jewellery from Goldsmith Jewellers at Mid Valley for over ten years now. They are always polite but friendly, with great advice; the service is always superb. I rarely shop anywhere else for jewellery.

Noticed they had pointless poor reviews so wanted to correct this!All the ladies there are lovely, some really nice products and always great service.

Purchased an engagement ring which was too big, after returning from the holiday which my partner and I got engaged I found out that they will not resize the ring or exchange it for another as it's been worn".Please tell me who would not wear their first engagement ring after being proposed too? Very poor performance from this store and expected better when paying $$$$ for their product.UPDATE:After a few days the staff called me and worked it out that i had the option to get the ring resized for my partner. Sad that it took a negative review and crazy situation. Thanks for the help after the stress of having a ring the wrong size."

Walked in Sat 20 Feb, 2021. 2 Staff Sat talking at one end of store. My wife and I wanted a watch. We were totally ignored. We were the only potential customers in the store. Service needs to be much better.
