No Agent Property

We sold our home near Ballarat in Victoria. Our home sold itself, but using No Agent Property was a great experience. They helped us every step of the way, any questions etc etc. The lady helped us write the advert to get us going and that was very kind. We would do this again if we sell again and have recommended other folks selling aswell. We saved thousands in agents fee's and enjoyed doing it ourselves.

Before listing our home with No Agent Property we looked at all of our options for selling without an agent as we had recently been to several inspections and thought, we could show our own home. As time was on our side, we decided to give it a try and we were very pleased with the straightforward process. Would highly recommend the professional photograph package and found their chat, phone, and email communication helpful and attentive. Once we had access to the portal it was easy to amend our listing (price, text, photos) as we wished. After one day of private inspections and the ability to warmly share our home" with interested purchasers

Owner Jacqi is arogant and will blame you for everything ! Most of their reviews on facbook are not geniune.They have good concept but execusion is terrible , photographers are in experienced and he had no idea how to draw a floor plan, brochers were poor quality, social media campaign and global exposure is just a scam.All in all go with some other platfom that doesnt blame clients for everything they fail to deliver as promised.

I wanted to be able to sell my house with out paying high commissions for the sale. I did some searching on the internet and found No Agent Property saying there was not commissions to be payed. I found the staff to be very helpful both by phone and on line. To start the process all I had to do was supply the information on my property so they could do up the add for me and I put my own photos on the add. All in all the experience was very relaxed and not stressed which was great and the way it should be when selling your house.

DO NOT USE NOAGENT> We paid for the premium package $2200 and No Agent provided no guidance during the process, did not provide accurate timeframes. The most help we had was how to process the fee to them :(The Realestate Add hits the bottom of the page on day one. We were told it would be $4500 to upgrade so not an affordable or realistic option. They mucked up the add so it didn't show a price and they put the wrong contact number!The brochures are printed off someone's home printer.The board was installed so late it was 30min before our first open.The professional" photographer's images looked like a cartoon and the floorplan was so inaccurate

Absolutely recommend using No Agent Property! Extremely professional and helpful. If you are able to show people through your house yourself, you can save thousands by eliminating a real estate agent, who will charge you over 2% commission - such a waste of money! The process of selling a house is so much easier than you think it is - make a listing on the website (make sure you have professional photos of your home ready - and I recommend having virtual furniture staged into your photos), have a contract of sale drawn up (ready for an offer), show people through your home when they contact you through your listing, accept an offer from a buyer, engage your conveyancer - DONE! If you are selling in QLD I highly recommend KRG Conveyancing - they draft contracts of sale and also do the conveyancing for an extremely reasonable charge. Thank you No Agent Property
