Terrible after sales service.

My new Suzuki jimny had a pair of Ironman driving lights fitted today from Ironman 4x4 Rockingham.Mick and crew did a fantastic job, great price, and even better service.It seems everyone is selling 4x4 accessories, but if you want reputable and reliable service, go visit and chat to Mick. For a small shop front they have a decent range of goodies to tempt most hard core off road enthusiasts.I totally recommend visiting Ironman 4×4 at Rockingham.

By far the worst after sales service I've ever had in my life. Spent thousands on a ironman canopy, dropped off vehicle first thing in the morning went to pick up at 5pm then sat waiting until 7pm. Not a big problem.Excess silicone sealant smears all around windows and electrical inlet point. Cleaned it myself, not great but no big problem. Display model clearly had 2 keys, I was only given 1. Becoming a problem.Noticed that they had dented the top of my ute tub, securing bolts inside starting to become loose and dropping out, rubber seal rubs on one side when closing tailgate it's clearly misaligned, rear glass doesn't close properly without slamming it. Numerous calls and texts, getting no action only lip service. MASSIVE PROBLEM.Only given 1 star because I have to, do not spend your hard earned dollars with these cowboys.

I bought a set of MSA wing mirrors that the owner recommended. They needed to ordered in to suit my can, but it was quick and Mick, the owner, kept me informed on progress. The mirrors were fantastic, as recommended.I needed some other gear (a throttle controller) so I went back to Mick again and got more advice, and then bought the throttle controller.Mick is a pragmatic, down to earth chap who knows his business. Great to do business with him.I wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again.
