Thank you so much Anne and Leon for looking after our boy he was definitely tired when he got home from all the fun and exercise he had with his new friends over his weekend getaway and will definitely be back for another holiday in the near future

Have been taking our hound mix rescue dog to Alfoxton for a few months now and noticed massive improvement in his behaviour since. Socialising and positive interactions were our main hope and it's all been catered to.Recently had our dog have a three week stay kenneled there and he's come back even better mannered than when we dropped him.Absolutely recommend for a no nonsense approach where what you're getting is decades of knowledge at a great price.

Lovely spot for your dog to stay. My border collie managed to cut his foot accidentally while there. He was cared for and the cut was cleaned and was already healing up when we picked him up. Thanks for going above and beyond!

not suitable for pampered pooches. ok if you dont mind the kennels being bashed with a poly pipe and them screamed at to shut up. The Pet Hotel in Port Melbourne is much better.

Very down to earth and straight forward. My dog has gained so much confidence over the last few weeks.

Called 2 weeks ago to book my dog in. Was told OK, but to call 30min before bringing my dog in. But then, on the day, it was very stressful for us because we called at least 5 times, left a few messages and still no phone call back. In the end, we had to rush around and call up another boarding kennel as our flight was due. Disappointed and stressful!

Awful! I had to give at least one star to leave this review. I don't believe it deserves even that.We arrived with our dog at the appointed time. The owner was very abrupt and quite rude. We were led down to a decrepit outbuilding where a small white dog cowered in a corner of its filth smeared cage. The pen the owner wanted me to put my dog in had a broken hammock in it which I could immediately imagine my dog getting injured by. A grubby pot to one side was probably supposed to contain water, but didn't. I asked how often the dogs were checked on, and the owner indicated her house up the hill and said we can hear them". Anne is wonderful, doggies are always happy to go there. Haven't been there since covid. Thankful Anne and Leon continue to offer the kennel
