Very very bad food and also didn’t let me use their toilet first. When I went inside the restaurant first question they asked me was that how can we help you with the food or you are here to use the toilet? I mean it was really a disrespectful thing when you ask from a customer that you are here to use toilet or purchase the food - later when they brought my food it was so cold and not even properly cooked. Highly recommend not to waste your money and its the worst customer care service with very disrespectful reception. Pathetic

Came in the other day and ordered a salt and pepper calamari rings meal, waited almost 20 minutes to get a dried out tasteless calamari and poor chips, my mate got a seafood basket was missing a calamari ring, fish was 3 bites long and scallops were completely white and convinced the scallops weren’t scallops. don’t waste your time here.

Ordered today via Uber Eats. The food was ok... I was expecting a lot better after reading the reviews but I guess fish and chips is not fresh enough when gotten delivered.Also, I am extremely disappointed to see that they did not bother to give any dips along at all. I Had to order them seperately.

The waiter gave us fantastic recommendations! The chargrilled squid is down just right and the sea bass is the best ever! Sweet and fresh.. located just outside of Melbourne Airport, this is a wonderful place to go if you just touched down and feeling very hungry!

best potato cakes in melbourne!!!!but it's all about the fish - fresh, flaky, well battered, not too oily. chips are good too.if ur really early for the airport or you want a good feed after ur flight, this place will not dissapoint.

One of the staff was really rude, he showed unrespect.He has to be like the respectful man at reception (in charge), but he isn't.One person with bad behaviour can spoil the restaurant reputation.After your reply,It seems most of staff impolite as per your reply.The issue is when someone is waiting for an order, and you say 2 mins. At the end takes around 15 mins and every 2 mins you say another 2 mins.Just say I need 10 mins or 15 mins (it allows me to decide to leave or stay)However watch your language saying the F word to someone as you did.It is completely rude and unprofessional.The owner to check with their staff about it (if not all involved).

Hide and Seek Fish and Chippery
Great service, and decent food. Salmon a tiny bit over cooked for my liking, and the chips cooked perfectly. I thought it was a little bit in the expensive side, considering sauces are an additional $2.All in all I did enjoy the meal, just didn't think it was what all the reviews were about.
