Townsville Vet Clinic assisted us on the weekend with our very unwell dog. They were the only vet who would assist us in Townsville, even though we hadn’t been to them before. They went out of their way to help and we are eternally grateful. They are kind and compassionate people.

Quite a few visits now to here and the staff have always been great. From having to put our big old great Dane to sleep to recently helping our cockatiel after she flew in to the fan. Which she survived with much thanks to these guys. x

Cannot thank Townsville Vet Clinic for their help when it was time to put our beautiful boy to sleep. They managed to fit us in the same day despite us not being regular clients, very flexible with times so that all of our family that wanted to attend could be there. Staff were compassionate, professional and friendly and made the entire process as easy as possible. The Vet gave us as much time as we needed with him and was very sensitive to the situation. Pricing was also very reasonable. I could not fault the staff at all and we are so grateful for your help in relieving our dog of his pain. Recommend 100%

What gold star service you get here.The vet was amazing. Our dog didn't even flinch when he got his needles or a thermometer up his butt.Very very informative with tick information if where we were headingIf back in Townsville when his next ones are due will definitely be coming back.Reception are awesome to.Thanks everyone..

Don’t take your animals here unless you want them hit. Friend called me absolutely distraught that the treating vet she saw (purely for travel medication) began lecturing her on her dogs anxious behaviour. She then proceeded to SMACK the dog multiple times. And then kneed the dog 3 times causing him to fall on his back.She then proceeded to yank on the lead causing him to hit the wall!My friend was absolutely too shocked to say anything, but this is absolutely disgusting behaviour. Imagine how your animals are treated behind doors.

In general, is ok for the odd vaccination, but very business-like, no care or compassion. After hours was unhelpful and unsympathetic when my dog was attacked in 2018 and was told I was overreacting. Somewhere else was more than willing to help and thankfully saved his life.

A big thank you to Louisa who did an amazing surgery job on Nestor, our four months old kitten. The little guy is now back to his feet and full of life. Louisa and team have provided clear explanations, highlighting possible risks, and given the outcome we're more than happy we took the opportunity to give him a chance.
