Mountain View Crematoria
We have been looking at bohemia crystal urns for my in-laws' remains for a while now and then I stumbled upon MVC. I called them and they were so helpful in explaining the sizes, care arrangements etc. After I placed my order they called me to let me know there was a supply delay of 3 weeks and if I still wished to proceed. They kept me informed every step of the way and the urns were delivered on time and with the greatest of care. I am grateful to the team there for their care and customer service.

I would just like to say how much I have appreciated Mountain View and especially Sue for all the help I received.Leaving it very late I was looking for some urns to put my Parents ashes in as we are leaving for a family holiday to scatter them at their favourite holiday place.Sue was so helpful and the Scattering Tubes that I decided to go ahead with are perfect and after scattering the ashes we can put the tubes in our garden and they can help grows some roses.Thank you again Sue and Mountain View Crematoria.Stacey Hartas.

Was impressed with their dedication to their customers. Being one of the newest in the country, they've used that as an opportunity to get the latest equipment and be the most modern businesses of their type. Their office is bright and welcoming. The operations manager there, Julie, has decades of experience and has a passion for making Mountain View the best choice in the industry.

ordered 2 mini urns so that when I get my wife's ashes back I can keep some of them and bury the rest with her mother. They were very kind when they called me to confirm the urns which turned up promptly. I can only talk about the mini urns but I would definitely recommend them for those.
