A bigger store, convenient to shop at. The staff could do with being more customer focused and less gossip huddles. Very frustrating when looking for help at self serve when staff busy chatting and not observing, except when you walk out and without a smile want to inspect your receipt. Need training, or better recruiting, as the other KMart staff are noticeably more customer responsive.

I placed a click and collect order on a Friday and received an email the next day (Saturday) advising I had 7 days to collect otherwise it would be cancelled. Due to work, I was unable to collect until the following Saturday (within the 7 days of receiving the email). My order was then cancelled at midday on the Saturday, while on my way to the store! I was advised that the 7 days starts from the date of order, not the date of when the items are ready to collect. This is crazy. Now have to find and re-order Christmas pressies the first week of December

Absolutely disgusted in Kmart today. First trying to sell shoes for full price that were clearly used by the souls. Then after being pointed to the wrong place for a vacume 3 times. I go to buy a vacume that says it's 69 to find out it's 100. They didn't want to honor the fact the had everything in the wrong spit and it was clearly a way to rip off customers. Well Kmart I check my recipets I have pics of the vacume where it was. And then so conveniently removed after I asked about it. I used to really love Kmart. But today has been enough for me to turn my back for good. One days too many bad experiences. Big thumbs down

Went to the store yesterday to purchase some menswear. Approached the checkout that has no personnel to process my purchase. Was approached by a young person who directed me to the automated checkout.i indicated that l don't use them, she offered to assist me and l said no thanks and left the items at the counter. On the way out of the store l asked the staff member at the door where l could lodge a complaint. I explained my situation and he asked me to return to the checkout and was politely assisted by the person who had helped me in the menswear section.These big organizations should stop and think that not everyone wants too or likes to use this modern non personal process

Train the staff to pack the orders that are delivered from this store better.Love receiving broken stuff i paid for it's great. Especially when they don't have much packaging to prevent it from happening.
