Jerry Kekatos advised me to wind up the company. He charged me $10,000 and advised this was the total cost. All debtors were paid. He failed to mention that he was handing the company to his mate the liquidator with a $25,000 tax refund owed to me by the ATO to be divided up between him and his mate. Jerry Kekatos is untrustworthy and a crook. At face value he is a charming man. Beware and do not use his services unless you are prepared to be taken advantage of and robbed as he smiles at you.
