Very poor customer service . Consultant did not respond to email or phone call to discuss contract . Intrusive , pushy , hostile phone service . Suboptimal equipment (lasted about 3 months) and overly priced service to consult at home . Will not be recommending ADT to others following this experience .

Was amazing until we got everything installed, but after sales service is sub average and then charged for something I did not approve now I've been fighting them for over 3 months and still don't have a solution. Would definitely not recommend and will definitely not consider continuing after the contract finishes

We are very happy to recommend ADT for security alarms. We have used them for two of our properties so far and have found dealing with them excellent and their pricing is highly competitive. We have also used their monitoring service which has been great. We were also very impressed with the sales consultant , Joseph, on our last install. He was friendly, thorough and very knowledgeable. He even pointed out ways to save on the install without compromising our security .

Clint Moe was very patient and took time to show me the system in detail and tailor it to our needs. He was respectful of our home and a pleasure to work with. Thanks Clint for the excellent professional service.

We have experienced terrible customer service. For over 3 months ( A job we were told would be fixed in 2 weeks) we have had a faulty alarm system in which ADT have continued to charge a monitoring fee while we have no working alarm.I phoned ADT several times to lodge an official complaint and no one has even bothered to contact me in 3 months.We have been inconvenienced 4 times by them sending 4 different individuals to our home with no outcome of a working alarm and no clue on why our alarm was not working. We were also left with a nice hole in the ceiling.ADT did not communicated with us what would be happening with our alarm or even an estimated time it would be fixed.They have no consistency as they keep transferring you from one department to another with no one being able to give us any answers.Everyone we spoke to would drop the blame on another department.I am so disappointed with the service we received from ADT, you would think they would have better customer service or respect for long standing customers.Finally we had a tradesman Paul come to our house and knew what the issue was with our alarm and fixed it. Thank you Paul for your efficiency. We finally feel safe at home again after 3 months.

I have been a customer of ADT for years and except for one house out of three I lived in only one system performed as it should. By that I mean setting the alarm and no calls or texts from ADT to say one of the zones were going off.My recent experience was my alarm went off quite late at night waking my neighbours and was told I’d have to pay for a technician to attend to sort out the alarm. I tried for many weeks to try to cancel my monitoring to the point I started calling parts of the business that weren’t relevant to canceling my monitoring eg sales etc as cancelation section never answered their phone or answered my emails. I finally managed to cancel and have just received an email asking for 83.01 I had already been in touch with someone and paid up to date. BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH ADT.

I contacted ADT Security to upgrade my existing ADT alarm system. I advised them right at the start that i needed it done within 3 weeks due to personal circumstances and was advised this is achievable.I was advised I would receive a phone call from the bookings team within a week. 1 week later no phone call, I called back and was advised i would receive a phone call within 24 hours, Still nothing. I tried 2 more times over a week period after not receiving return calls and kept getting advised i would receive a call within 24 hours.Today i called them and advised the above. I finally got through to the bookings team who advised it is almost a 3 week wait and that’s how it was.To this i cancelled my order completely. When time allows me to upgrade my system again, I will be looking elsewhere.

I have been dealing with ADT for my medical practices and also my home for a few years now. I am impressed with their sales consultant Mercy who always takes my call and undertakes with great efficiency my security needs. She understands my security expectations and is not pushy but supportive. I have also been very pleased with their technical support who responds and fixes issues on a timely basis.
