Fantastic! Dennis was highly recommended to us and we've now been coming here for over 4 years. He has always been upfront and honest about any work that needs done. He provides us with options and will honestly tell us what work can wait for another time, or what needs immediate attention, and gives us a heads up if he can see something that's on it's way out so we can plan and prepare for it. Communication is great, will always call and confirm/check before going ahead with any changes. Completely trust him and his crew with our cars. Very happy with all work done.

Not me personally but my dad, although I was there to listen to parts of conversations.“After spending $1500 on a tri-matic gearbox from a HQ for a rebuild, I wasn’t told to bring the torque converter and assumed because it was still running as still went through the gears that the torque converter was fine. I put it back in the car with the gearbox, did all the tests I was told to do, and the test only worked when the car was on stands. Put it on the ground and had no forward motion. Was told by (Denise) the mechanic that it was the torque converter that was the problem. After a heated one way conversation he told me to bring the matching torque converter in to be fixed for $350. Today I bring it in there and he tells me to bring the whole car in which he told me as well in our last “conversation” and I told him I can’t afford it. He said both today and the last conversation if the problem was his fault that he would pay for towing, I think I know who’s fault it would have been so I would have ended up paying anyway with money I don’t have. With this experience with Westside Automotive, and in particular Denise I found him to be very patronising and condescending, questioning my ability because I’m not a licensed mechanic. I only brought this in because I don’t have the strength because of work injuries, nor some of the tools needed. I do NOT recommend ANYONE go there for ANYTHING. Frustrated and angry beyond anything.” - My dad.Still tried saying to bring in the car despite being told MULTIPLE TIMES we can’t afford to tow it, and it doesn’t move. Claimed my dad was talking in circles despite the fact it was him (Denise the mechanic) that was talking in circles and not listening to what was being told to him about the car. We had been going to this place for many years with no problems whatsoever, but now they have lost our custom.
