Yeah look... I haven't had any dramas with this establishment and the staff there!You don't normally have to wait too long. I've been there quite a few times over the years!In terms of doctors, they are all pretty good but I like Kat and Dr. McAlpine.Excellent location and a brilliant and necessary addition to Strathfieldsaye!

I had an IUD insertion done and through research POST procedure I realised I should have been provided with adequate pain relief. I was under 18 and the most painful experience I have ever endured. I think medical practices need to be held accountable for putting women through this without pain relief, we aren’t medieval times and I was never told pain relief was recommended or even an option. Prior to insertion I got told the pain would be like “a pinch” absolutely unacceptable and I hope in future you don’t treat other women the way you treated me.

Staff are nice. You can usually get to see a doctor when needed. They do seem to have a constant turnover of doctors though.

Uncaring and uncompassionate. Will abandon you in a heart beat if it’s a mental health problem leaving you to try and get help from doctors you’ve never met before who don’t really care about you.

Tried calling the after hours service, but couldn't get through. Ended up going to emergency.....what's the point in having an after hours service if no one can access it.....not good enough
