Massage chair works great, good daily relief from a lifetime of work injuries. The customer service is second to none and any problems are promptly fixed.

Completely happy with the service received and the chair does an excellent job. The chair was delivered on time and the delivery men set it up and explained the operation to us.

pretty poor form of your company.. i am looking for a massage chair and was considering you... checking your reviews first, only to find that you have a generic blurb for positive reviews and you completely ignored the review who had an issue... and not a good issue either!!! Like seriously! You need to at least PRETEND that you care in order to convince people to buy from you... I've tried to call you 4 times and no one answers. I even went to Hervey Bay as you're apparently meant to be there... there is no shop there! I give up on your company.

Thoroughly satisfied with this chair,gives a great massage and looks great too

It's pretty good but I just wish it had a calf massager as I am on my feet all day long and walking around on cement and you can feel your calves the next day and it's like they never relax.After a bit of thought I figured it out so just place your heels on the chair rollers and do sit as normal and do this for 3/4 of an hour if tight or longer if necessary.

This chair is great, best investment in my health and happiness..thanks again chilink :)

Thoroughly enjoy the chair. Ive had a back injury for 20years and with daily use of the chair the pain relief is most welcome.I gave only four stars due to the delivery.I recieved the chair at 2pm on the day Brisbane went into lockdown. I have 6 stairs leading into the house I currently occupy and was home alone at the time. The cost of delivery was explained to me upon my decision to purchase and I explained to my sales rep about the stairs of which he said was no problem and would be no extra charge. He had told me $150 for delivery, set up in my home and demonstration and that an heated eye mask would also be supplied. Which is was not.The delivery drivers were in a hurry and still had 4 more chairs to deliver and still had to be back innBrisbane from Gympie before 6pm, the start of the lockdown. The driver wanted to charge me another $150 on top of the $150 that I had already paid to bring the chair up the stairs and into the house of which I declined as I did not have anymore cash on me. So instead he asked if I could help him and his co-driver, to help carry the chair up the 6 stairs. Excited about my purchase, as I had been waiting 2 weeks already for delivery, I agreed to help. Only to find it would not fit through the front door. The driver said this was a common problem and what they do to resolve it was to take the door off the hinges.With the chair sitting right outside my front door, with rain beginning to fall, they left.I was left there to climb over the chair so I could get my cordless drill which I had only purchased not long ago, who knows what I wouldve done without it, to remove the door. With the door now removed and the rain beginning to get heavier I attempted to bring the chair inside only to find it that it wasnt quite wide enough for the chair to fit through. With the rain now starting to come down harder and no other choice I heaved on the chair to force it through the doorway, as it finally went through I heard a massive pop in my back and fell to the ground fearing I had done a disc. Later that day I had scans done and a couple of anxious days later I found out the results. Not a disc thankfully, but the pain I have been suffering with, assuming its pulled muscles has still yet to heal or be diagnosed.So the chair is awesome but I have yet to experience it without pain and discomfort caused by having to move the chair into the house myself. Product is pretty awesome, the usb charger doesnt seem to work though, no eye mask, and delivery somewhat questionable.
